Dennis Jenereaux has spent 20 + years working for some of the best in house studio’s in the nation. His last 9 years was spent as Senior Advertising Photographer for Best Buy Corporation. Prior experience included Finger Hut and Telex Communications ( Now Bosch Corporation ).

Seeking new challenges, he has now opened a studio, as part of the EnVision Multimedia Group, in downtown Minneapolis.

He is a photographer / artist that enjoys the process of creation as well as its outcome.

His experience makes him a great technician, his passion can turn your vision into art.

At the end of the day it’s all about your images, meeting your needs and having fun in their creation.

Karl Demer of Atomic K Records & Productions, one of three companies now making up the Envision Multi-Media Group, has been a force in the business of audio recording, mixing, sound design and mastering for over 20 years. He is considered by many in the music business to be one of the best in the field. Karl’s work in high end audio/video production has ranged from recording the Nobel Symphony to sound design for a Star Wars™ video game; from shooting and producing webcasts aboard a NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) research vessel, to red carpet interviews of Beyonce’ with Destiny’s Child and video game trailers.

Karl’s primary area of expertise is in the combination of high-end audio production, state-of-the-art video shooting/compositing/editing, photography and graphic design.

Audio: Karl is currently writing and producing for the Radio Disney Incubator Featured Artist, Cate Sparks. He has worked with such acts as Grammy Award winning producer Terry Lewis, the Grammy Award-Winning Sounds of Blackness, American Idol finalist Paris Bennett, Cynthia “Funky Town” Johnson, Experience Hendrix, Renee Wilson (“Ray”) The Nobel Symphony, the Grammy-nominated Excelsior Choir, John Ondrasik (Five for Fighting), Michael Bland (Prince and the NPG), Michael White (Sony Records), Nneena Freelon (Concord Records), Yuko Ichioka (Osaka Japan) and many others. Karl has toured nationally and internationally as the lead singer and keyboardist of the band KMD & the RaVe. He has mixed live sound in stadiums, arenas, festivals, theaters, Cruise ships, churches, bars and night clubs from New York to LA; from Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean to South Korea.

Rick Peterson founded Envision (formerly CSM ) in 1996. He now has over 25 years of experience in the audio and video business.

He gained a wealth of knowledge while at Telex Communications ( Now Bosch Corporation ) as Director of Marketing and Sales. While there he managed a sales force of direct company sales people and independent rep organizations who sol;d into the audio duplication, military communications, land mobile communications and hearing loss market place.

He also managed new product development for these markets learning the ability to manage both small as well as large complex projects which he brings to Envision.

He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a B.S. Degree in Engineering Technolgy which helps him keep abreast of the ever changing media market.

Matt Squire brings to Envision 16+ years in the Audio / Video industry.

His experience with the CD and DVD industry has been from the beginning of the media itself.

He is knowledgeable in CD and DVD duplication and replication, digital and offset printing as well as packaging and fulfillment services. He is familiar dealing with clients ranging from small single person organizations to fortune 500 companies.

His background includes diverse media production experience with Greatapes, followed by management of production staff at Media Xpress. This included digital and offset printing, cassette and video duplication and assembly and fulfillment services. He is a graduate of SUNY, Buffalo with a B.A. in Business Management.

He has been a part of Envision ( formerly CSM ) as an owner since 1998, and brings dedication, hard work and commitment to excellence for every single project, from conception to completion.

Michael Tait is the newest member of our team and brings with him years of experience in the business world, both for profit and not for profit. Michael’s business history includes thirty plus years in a family run organization, several years with a manufacturing corporation and then a retail venture. His expertise comes in his ability to organize and run projects and to build teams that can get the job done within time and budget requirements.

His educational backround includes Business Administration and the field of photography from Mankato State University and the University of Minnesota.

Michael’s passion and his dedication to music, photography and the community make him a very welcome and important asset to the Envision team.
